            Delegates Espinosa, Duke and Upson move to amend the bill on page one, following the enacting clause by striking the remainder of the bill and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

ARTICLE 2. STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION.

§1. Repeal of section relating to regional meetings on shared services.

§18-2-26a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931 as amended, is hereby repealed.
